Terms & Conditions v88club — Official Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and v88club ("Platform", "we", "our"). This document governs your access to and use of the v88club.pro website, mobile app, and all related services we provide.

By accessing our website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any v88club service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines we may publish from time to time.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To be eligible to use the v88club platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

The following are not permitted:

• Registering using false information or another person's identity
• Registering more than one account for the same individual
• Registering via VPN services to bypass regional restrictions

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the v88club platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts, whether directly or through a family member residing at the same address, is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained from v88club.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure your profile information is always accurate and up to date
• Notify v88club immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• Do not share your account access with any other party

V88club is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account as a result of your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

KYC Verification: v88club reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This includes a copy of your national ID, passport, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal limits or account restrictions.

V88club accepts a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for most payment methods
• Funds must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name
• V88club reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of originating from illegal sources
• Successful deposits are credited to your account balance instantly
• V88club does not charge any deposit processing fees

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you enter are accurate. v88club is not liable for any deposit delays or failures resulting from incorrect information or disruptions on the part of your financial institution.

Players may request a withdrawal at any time provided all applicable requirements have been met. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours business days for most methods.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM50
• KYC verification must be completed for withdrawals exceeding the set limit
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn
• V88club reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for large withdrawal amounts

V88club does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, the receiving financial institution may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

In cases of suspected fraud or breach of terms, v88club reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing while an investigation is carried out.

V88club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are subject to rollover (re-wagering) as stated in the relevant promotion's terms
• Rollover value is calculated as a multiple of the bonus received — for example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place total wagers of RM1,000 before withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless otherwise stated
• V88club reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotions through hedge betting, multiple accounts, or other methods deemed fraudulent will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account in question.

All games on the v88club platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent third-party auditing bodies to ensure fairness and transparency in every game round.

Players are required to:

• Playing individually without the use of unauthorized automated software (bots)
• Do not use any method or software to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players
• Respecting game outcomes as recorded by the system — system decisions are final
• Report any technical faults or irregularities to the support team promptly

In the event of a technical failure affecting game outcomes, v88club reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. Wins obtained from technically corrupted rounds will not be paid out.

The following are strictly prohibited on the v88club platform and may result in immediate action including account suspension or termination:

• Registering multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses
• Using bot software or automation tools to play games
• Player collusion (chip dumping) in poker or multi-player games
• Exploiting bugs or system glitches for financial gain
• Money laundering through the platform
• Use of VPN, proxy, or other techniques to bypass geographical restrictions
• Misuse of customer support services, including threats or abusive language
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing third-party access to your account

V88club reserves the right to retain any evidence of violations and submit it to the relevant authorities if required by law.

By Players: You may close your account at any time by contacting the v88club support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 2–5 business days. Any eligible balance (after deduction of bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method.

By v88club: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any part of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• You provided false information during registration or KYC
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• There is a legal compliance requirement or regulatory authority directive that necessitates it

In the event of termination due to a violation, v88club reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins associated with the violation in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, v88club is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including in-game losses
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control
• Losses resulting from the use of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the player
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform
• Failures or delays caused by third parties, including payment service providers or game providers

V88club's maximum liability to any player in any situation is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
